To book please use my links on my social media platforms, auto response messages or my email marketing.

 

PLEASE DO NOT SEARCH FOR KAY ON FRESHAS SEARCH ENGINE TO BOOK AS THIS WILL INCURR AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR US BOTH. 

 

Once you have booked, you are fully responsible for your appointment please see below on cancellation policy 

 

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY 

 

I have a Strict 48hour cancellation and reschedule policy. 

It is an automatic policy that a payment will be retrieved should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or no show. It will not let you reschedule within this time frame as it’s too short notice.

 

I am a professional and run an efficient business, this is to work along side that.

 

Please ensure correct bank details are with your account. If incorrect I will contact you directly with payment details, if payment hasn’t received you will be removed from the system and will no longer be able to book with me. 

 

You MUST cancel or reschedule your appointment through your email or your Fresha account. A message to me directly will not suffice. You will be at risk of being charged as a NO SHOW at full price. I am charged if I cancel on my end. 

 

Multiple sequenced cancellations and or reschedules without a visit to the salon will result in being removed from the system. Please be respectful of my diary and time.

 

SALON GUIDELINES

Please note - NO Children permitted within the salon at all times - it’s not a safe environment for children. 

 

Please arrive just on time to your booking - not too early as a I may be on a small break. 

 

Lateness will incur deducted time from your slot however you will still be charged at FULL PRICE. Anything after 10 mins is classed as a no show and will be charged FULL PRICE. Please communicate any lateness in the first instance. 

 

Free parking at DURA STREET car park. 

Outside the shop is only 45 mins, park here at your own risk of a ticket.
